Refund and Return Policy

At Pure Matrix Systems, we value our customers and aim to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, we offer the following return and refund guidelines:

1. Return Period

• You may return an item within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• The item must be in the same condition as when purchased — unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• Items that are damaged, altered, or used after purchase will not be accepted for return.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

3. Refund Process

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 1–7 business days after approval.
• Refunds will be made through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery & Return Charges

• In-store delivery charges are borne by the customer.
• If you are returning an item via delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
